I don't think this can ever be proven
Is the color Blue to you, the same as the color Blue is to me? This is always hard to explain and has driven me crazy since I was a young child. I really should just make a video about this instead of trying to describe it in words but here we go. When you look at a color and see BLUE, is that the same BLUE I see? Yes, we both call it blue because that is what we were taught in school. We all sat in school, looked at a color, and the teacher or parent told us that "this color is blue". Even though my blue may look like your red and your blue may look like my yellow, we both call it the same name. How can this ever be proven or debunked!? AH! It is like a nightmare for me to even write this because it is so frustrating to think about.
Could this be the reason why some people can dress very well, while others are completely mismatched? Is this why some people love houses with "RED" doors while others think it is completely ugly? I am sure you all remember the blue/black or white/gold dress that drove the internet bonkers. (Please comment what colors you see the dress, and compare with other peoples comments.)
What is it, blue and black or white and gold? Who is right and who is wrong? This is slightly different than what my frustration is, but it is still something with color that is hard to prove one way or another.
Is this why some people like certain hair colors compared to other hair colors?
Do different color eyes, have any connection with how we see colors? Maybe, or maybe the color eyes we are seeing are not the color we think we are seeing.
How come so many people have different favorite colors, and some people absolutely hate certain colors. I understand everyone is different and have their own opinions, but maybe its because the color "orange" that they see is the color "brown" that you see. I can feel the headache coming!
On a side note, another thing that drives me crazy is that the color "WHITE" is ALL colors, and the color "BLACK" is the absence of all colors. Well, when I take all the markers from a box and scribble together I get "BLACK" and when i don't use any markers i get "WHITE". Yes, I understand the science behind that one, but it is still a horrible shower thought to get out of my head.
Please comment your thoughts and let me know what you think. Also, would love to know what color you see the dress as.
Take care friends,
As usual I am just...
