This short video is showing how I drew silhouette of a kid's head in Adobe Illustrator. The only tool I used there is pencil tool (shortcut "N"). Oh, and also Paintbrush Tool (B) a bit - just a finishing touch for hairs and eyelashes.
After rewatching this video I thought - oh, gosh, I'm so good at this! But actually it was just a little piece of big sequence of black and white silhouette heads and I took for this video head that was drawn suuuper smooth and fast :) Also, after 10 heads in the row you kinda enter in the flow state and you mostly draw them automatically :)
You should try it some day too! When you get it right it's fun. Also, use references.
