I actually never flagged anyone on steemit, I prefer to upvote posts I like and ignore posts I don't. Yesterday late at night I clicked at the flag icon by accident and got sudden confirmation window poping up at my face. I canceled flagging of course, but this stuff was kinda scary anyway :)
