Anytime I hear about the Office of Emergency Management asking for crisis actors, I immediately thing of a false flag. And with good reason, cause usually it ends in a stagged event where innocent people get hurt.
Right now, the deep state or shadow government, is trying to pull out all the stops to hold onto their failing power.
