Good afternoon everyone hope you're all good. Welcome to my daily blog for today where will be discussing the topic in the prompt that talked about balancing work with wellbeing. This is an interesting topic because it talks more about well-being of an individual yeah we need our personal wellbeing so that our health will be so strong and not every time stories of ill health will be flying up and down. Our daily job is something we cannot just leave yes we struggle we Hustle to meet up with daily living but at the same time it is very important to balance work and the well-being there is this saying that says health is well yeah because we thought health you can't work . Is true that there are some jobs that are hectic very demanding and tiring but it doesn't stop us from making out time to have rest, rest our body from the struggles of daily living.
The life we are into is only once it's not twice so we have to make out time and make everything possible to balance work with our physical activities. Work hard work hard there's no time there's no time it all depends on us if you really want to rest you will make our time for yourself to rest mean when anything that is important to one that person we actually create out time and get it so it is still good that after work you make a time to rest clear your mind off the pressure and stress for work. Sometime last 2 years I have an uncle who collapse after coming back from work we just saw him collapse one evening from there he didn't survive it he died after all medical intervention though it was an emergency case because of the sudden collapse, no sign of any illness. But my dear to me though not sure , I will say that stress from his work was part of what caused him collapsing ,because he's always going to work going to work no time to rest small time they will call him from office come and do this come and do that so due to the stress and the other things I think that was part of what led to the collapsing. So don't let your work give you a health condition rather give that one a condition by drafting our your schedule on time and balancing everything.
Honestly myself i use to create out time for myself to rest despite the shift i have and the condition of my work because i don't play with my health.
