well put your mind at ease a bit. IT is quite common for thai pups to be given away to people who want puppies. This is ok I guess... the problem here is that the people who receive the pups rarely take them to their entire lives because once a puppy enters it's wild velociraptor portion of its childhood many people give up and then just abandon the dog anyway.
