This trail was brutal. I wanted to puke! There were so many moments where we wanted to turn back, but we had to force ourselves to keep ongoing.

We kept seeing so many peaks and thought, "That's the one we have to go up" But it would twist and turn, and we'd see yet another mountain. The mountain we finally had to go up was so steep. We had to stop every minute from breathing. The views on top made it so worth it. We could see the highway at one point and an endless sea of mountains on the other side.
