Hello, hello dear needleworkmonday friends, I hope you are well and that you had a nice week. As always I am happy to come and show you my crochet creations. This time I bring you a new purse from my collection of bags, wallets and accessories with spring motif.
In this collection I wanted to merge the things I love and am most passionate about, such as flowers, crochet, handbags and granny patterns. Each wallet I have knitted leaves me with a learning experience and a lot of satisfaction for fulfilling my dream of knitting a collection of wallets. I must confess that I am in love with each model and I want to keep them all.
This wallet is a little different from the previous ones I have shared with you. This time I worked with African flower hexagons instead of granny squares. The other notable difference is that I used a pastel color palette instead of more vibrant tones.
To make this beautiful and delicate purse a total of 13 African flowers are needed, which I knitted little by little in my free time. Then I spent the weekend assembling all the pieces and joining each one with the help of a wool needle. Although it may not seem like it, sewing all the pieces together is a very relaxing and entertaining activity. It is very exciting to see how the whole project is taking shape and how all those flowers together become such a beautiful purse.
I am really happy and satisfied with the final result and I am ready to start a new portfolio model. I thank God for giving me the ability to weave because it is an activity that fills me with joy and satisfaction. I keep learning, I keep creating. Thank you all for reading, greetings and blessings.
