Oh wow! There's definitely an allure to a place that is lawless. I mean, there are altogether enough laws in the world, and people sticking their noses where they aren't needed or wanted. I love your attitude. Homesteading is not for the faint of heart. I love the idea of it, but I know I'm not ready for that kind of commitment. I still live in the country, though, so I know that necessity to take care of your own and have community you can trust. I hope you have some of that in your community.
