Wow, your recipe looks really delicious! And they are really big, I have rarely seen them like that. I haven't eaten mushrooms for so long that I only noticed that when I read your post :) I would prefer to say I eat them with pasta and a delicious sauce, but of course they taste delicious with meat too.
I think I have to try your recipe for sure :)
