this is a special post of yours, i love to see you posting in other communitys, i try it out myself its really cool! so true, i think being punctual is really important, i have experienced it when someone was late several times, even though it took me more than twice the time and i took the bus and train, i was always on time. it really has something to do with respect. and being really interested in the other person and asking questions and not just working through a list of questions is really important. great points that you have listed! thanks for sharing:)
