Toedros is actually saying that people are saying that some countries are using boosters to kill children, which is not right. But here he means, which is not true. I've taught English as a foreign language and people often confuse the words "right" and "true". Some words are difficult to translate. Toedros needs more English lessons...or a guillotine IMHO😅
