Pienso que uno de los grandes retos que tenemos es, estar en el presente. Estar en tiempo presente es una bendición. En ese momento no hay angustia, todo es perfecto. Dejar de crear pensamientos, de un momento predeterminado, se puede traducir en sensación de paz, ligereza….. Recuerda tú eliges.
Ese momento presente tiene la semilla que plantas en tu vida. Sin embargo, ese momento presente a veces te da por recordar….y construyes pensamientos a su alrededor. En vez de estar en el aquí y ahora empiezas a realizar juicios, sales fuera….Entonces, en vez de seguir avanzando por el camino de la felicidad, actúas como lo hiciste en el pasado; perdiendo la oportunidad de crear y plantar, una nueva semilla de vida, que te guiará a otra historia….la vida es un proceso de creación.

Ignora tu experiencia previa, entrégate a experimentar el momento, el presente. ¡Simplifica tu vida!
Una simple brisa que roza tu cara se puede convertir en agradecimiento, agradecimiento porque estás viva, puedes caminar, agradecimiento porque puedes sentir, agradecimiento porque puedes oír el cantar de los pájaros, puedes ver la luz del sol brillando, agradecimiento porque hueles el grato perfume de las flores…..todas las maravillas que tienes a tu alrededor.
Hoy, en tu presente, haz conciencia ……Tus maravillosas manos pueden acariciar a tus seres queridos, preparar los alimentos con amor. Tu voz da consuelo al afligido a la vez que entona cánticos de alegría…..
Siente en presente. El pasado ya pasó. Lo puedes recordar, es verdad. Pero te puede traer tristeza. El futuro, el futuro está por venir y solo te trae ansiedad. El presente es tu mayor regalo.
La vida es un proceso de creación en el ahora…..creas oportunidades. Todo es perfecto ahora. Nadie llega a ti por accidente. Nada ocurre al azar. Los acontecimientos y personas, las atraes tú, para tus propios propósitos.
