It’s a beautiful Monday, and I’m up at 6:45a.m. I was grateful to the lord for making me see this brand new week. Rushed into the bathroom had my teeth brushed and immediately had my body washed, I was done from the bathroom and stepped out had my breakfast then I had to wish my mom a happy birthday. Today is my mother’s birthday i was so happy about it, the woman who carried me for 9months it is not easy so I called and wished her. When I got off the call, went on to bring out my clothes for work and shoe I put them on and was off too work.
Arrived my work at 7:00a.m. went straight to the security post for signing, got to the office the janitors are not done yet, so I had to wait for few minutes for them to be through with that, so I sat at the reception while I wait. The janitors were done with the office cleaning, I then stepped into my office, said my morning prayers how I usually do in the mornings, checked mails and files as I usual do.
After, checking on some important files and emails it was time for fellowship, we do that every Monday morning, it has never been missed so I rushed to round up with the files and email checking and stepped out of the office to the fellowship group where we usually have it. We praised for some time and switched to worship then prayed and the leaders gave a motivational speech for us to go with and start our week.
We are done with fellowship, everyone was on their way to their offices and I got to mine, realized the fridge was not on, immediately put it on and began with my work typing and creating memo for my boss. My colleague she came into the office she too had work to do we both did our jobs while we discussed. My boss was still in. the meeting so I guess we are free to discuss while we work.
Few hours later my boss was out of the meeting and he send me to run some errands for him, like going to get files for him in different offices the likes of GCE, GCO, MD, CFO etc. I did all that and was caught up in some other things without me realizing it’s closing ours already, my boss said he was leaving while I round up for him in the office which I did when I was done I was on my way home.
