It's a kind of Greek, hard, very salted cheese. Brined curd white cheese. Perfect for salads with olives. It's made from sheep's milk or it can be a mixture of sheep and goat's milk.

Hehe :) Thanks :) When you visit Poland someday, I recommend you eat dry smoked pork sausages. They are thinner than a traditional sausage, often very long and most importantly ... very tasty :)
