Now the thing that can effect people in a nursing home most of all is being told that this human is coming inside of their space that is highly contagious and very deadly to their well being. Its actually a mental illness and discrimination and psychological abuse to speak these falsehoods to people that are already suffering and potentially being mistreated due to other factors.

Absolutely! In general, this reduction of humans to "biological weapons" who must be ostracized and shamed if they show any signs of illness or if some arbitrary test says they have an illness is damaging, but particularly to vulnerable populations.
