This is brand new! (or at least it just appeared in my profile in Greece, sometimes Instagram releases updates to the US before other places)
In the most recent move by Instagram, they now finally allow users to schedule their content (posts and reels) for one month ahead on web - instagram.com
How to Use It On Desktop
Go to instagram.com you need to be logged in your account.
Click Create (the plus icon) in the navigation menu.
Upload your photo, video, or Reel and draft your caption.
Look for schedule option before sharing. (to me it was under the Add AI label)
Toggle on Schedule and select your preferred date and time.
You can view, edit, or reschedule your pending lineup at any time by heading to the dedicated Scheduled content hub in your account settings
I usually try to be spontaneous to what I post online. I dont really have a personal strategy, I wish to be real.
But maybe it is something I need to re-think.
I think it is also fair to other users who see my content, to have something nicely organized, to give them a specific reasons.
To have a nicely created photo gallery, with meanings, cause, etc
So far, I post when I feel like it, I post something I like and communicate what I currently feel.
I d love to have your take on this.
What about you? Do you use traditional socials?
Do you have a schedule for hive or for other media?
Do you think that spontaneous still counts? Or not any more, due to the tremendous social noise that is everywhere?
Thanks for commenting!
