Hello friends steemians, today I woke up my creative side making a nice Christmas candle with recycled material and some Christmas decorations that I no longer had use in my home.

Here I show you the list of materials.

  • 2 small containers of mineral water
  • Paperboard
  • aluminum foil
  • 1 toothpicks
  • Silicone (can be cold or hot)
  • 2 foam (one green and one yellow with frost)
  • satin ribbon n5
  • scissors
  • Measuring tape
  • Flowers, bells and Christmas ribbon that you no longer use.
  • How to create the candle

    1. Cut the top part of one of the containers and then place the one that is not cut with the top part inside the other, forming one as shown in the image.

    3. Measure the height of the entire container in aluminum foil (I used 22.7 cm high by 33 cm wide). After trimming the aluminum foil wrinkle it and then stretch it carefully to wrap the container.

    5. Secure the edge of the sheet with silicone so that it does not come loose, the lower part should cover it with the same sheet and the top just fold the edges.

    7. Mark a circle in the yellow foam to cover the top. Also mark two flames of fire and cut, then stick the toothpick in one of the flames of fire, then stick the second and leave 1 cm long.

    9. Glue the cut circle on top of the candle and mark the center and then paste what will be the flame of fire on our candle.

Elaboration of the base where the candle will be placed

    1. Cut out three circles of the size of your preference and glue them one on top of the other to form the base of our candle.

    3. Use the base to mark a circle on the green foam and cut it out, then glue it on top of the base and cover the edges with a red satin ribbon around the base.

      Completion of the candle

Roll the candle with Christmas ribbon and secure it with silicone and then stick the candle in the center of the base that was already made. Use the Christmas decorations that you no longer use, such as flowers, bells, etc., to place them in the way you prefer to decorate the candle.

This way you will get this nice result made by you to decorate a space in your home, it's just a matter of getting creative and hands on.
