Yeah is only for Dutch users indeed. Share the opinion with you that the exchange utterly sucked in general, but for exchanging funds it was easy and fast enough to get the job done. Not more that I am bummed out because they stopped, but more bummed out that I dont have a lot of options left as a dutch user. That is mostly the issue
