Hello Hivers
Ramore, Ontario
Canada
I find nothing more relaxing then going to the cabin for a few days.
Located in Northern Ontario, I bought 80 acres, put in a driveway and cleared a bit of brush along .....
Early Morning
the river bank.
The river is about 100' across and 15' deep, and is loaded with perch, walleye, and a few small pike.
The amount wildlife is amazing, moose and bears are regularly seen and the wolves are rather shy, but have woken me up.....
Road to Town
on a number of occasions by their howling.
I purchased an electric motor for the canoe, so getting to prime fishing spots is much easier, faster and more convenient.
The fish fry at the end of the day is worth the work involved, and then relaxing around....
the fire, and sometimes seeing the Northern Lights, depending on the time of year.
Insects can be an issue, in June, the black flies are tiny but can take a good bite of you, and .....
Bunkie
mosquitoes are a nuisance, during dusk and dawn.
This is a typical Northern Ontario camp, many small lakes and rivers, nice sandy beaches and thousands of unspoiled acres of forest.
Town is a half hour drive and ....
Perch and Walleye
anything you need can be found there.
It was a pleasure showing you around the camp.
