Why the difference?
Why is this not universally applied?
What is the benefit or risky for this difference?
Could there be anything sinister at play here?
Why doesn't Japan, Africa, China or India NEED diversity but England, Australia, Canada, America, South Africa and New Zealand (White countries) does? 馃
