When is better time to go down if its not when you need to transfer your money..
Registered on Bitfinex mainly because of IOTA and EOS, but every few days they site is down.
I mean its not their fault that they are target of ddos attack but that adds some uncertainty in their site, and the whole tether thing I dont know what to really say about that..
Will probably move half of my assets to binance or some other market that support IOTA and EOS.
