Hello steemians this is my entry on SteemPh-Cebu Art Guide Contest held by 
My entry is Uraraka Ochaco from the anime Boku No Hero Academia. Well Uraraka is totally the most cutest girl in the anime, her personality is good, her power is she can float everyting she touch, then when she says "release" the object that is floating fells down. So thats it for her little review, so without further redo lets get started.
So for the materials:
Colored pencils
Bond paper
Monggol 1 pencil
patience
So first lets draw her face and a little strand of hair and add the mouth and her eyes. And it should look something like that.
So next i draw her whole hair, i erase the mouth cause it looks awful, but no worries we'll work that out later.
Then i drew her left hand and her clothes.
And aslo her right hand.
And drew her skirt. And it should look something like that.
Then draw her backpack and put dark shades in her clothes, and draw her mouth.
So i just darken out the outlines and start to shade her uniform using a pencil,because there school uniforms are gray.
Tip: hold the center of the pencil when shading a big area and to control the pressure you are putting into it, and to have a fair color, and its not hassle also.
Then add a color green on to her sleeve and collar, and put a little shade of pencil to make it a little darker.
Then color her face with a brown and also her hair.
And colored her hair a little darker.
And then colored her backpack with a pale purple and also colored her necktie with red and colored her buttons with yellow
Then darkened the outline using black color.
And for the color of her skirt, im using green, and a very small blue and a shade of black.
