Chapter 13 of A Plague Tale: Requiem has Amicia, Hugo, and Lucas desperately attempting to escape the island before it's too late, dealing with more rats than ever before.

After death of Amicia and Hugo's mother they are left alone. They are now trying to find a way out from the underground hole created because of the rats.

Hugo is lost and is no more talking to anyone and Amicia is sad because of that.
