At long last, the monsoon rain has arrived! Farmers are smiling as their rice crops have been revived! More water has filled up to half the level of the dams. Some provinces still don’t have enough water for their agriculture. This year the drought has been a surprise to all!

I did look at the weather maps often, many days I observed a dead zone of wind current and clouds in the sky! It’s been waved so hot that moisture just dissipated into thin air!
