This is the dilemma of third world and underdeveloped countries. People are too much conscious when there were few cases but as the cases has been escalated the lock down is soft. It is difficult for government to impose strict lock down due to poverty. Thousand of people are jobless due to lock down and country where there is corruption, lack of infrastructure it is impossible for government to take care of their citizen. It is important to raise the level of awareness in publich. Beside this we have to accept this reality that we have to live with this virus until vaccine comes in the market. The only thing we can do is to take care of ourselves and our surroundings.
