hello my fellow Nigerians, I trust you all are doing great. (For my non-Igbo people lol)

First I'd like to say that I think this Naija weekend engagement thing is genius.
When I first came on hive, I saw this community subscribed even but I was a little disappointed with how dull n lifeless it was so I just moved on and forgot about it.

I'm glad it's been brought back to life and we get to connect with our Nigerian brethren. We get swept up in this fantastic online world that we sometimes forget the struggles we face in real life being Nigerians and all. It's comforting to know that there's a community of people that can relate to and even understand your struggles, it makes it a lot more bearable. I am glad to be a part of this and I hope it stays on for a long long time.

MY STRUGGLES

I haven't completely found my footing. I'm still tryna figure out a posting schedule that can keep me consistent here and not take a toll on my daily life but this is difficult seeing as unpredictable as my offline schedule is. I hope I find my pace very soon but until then I'll keep doing what I can.
Most other struggles I have boil down to what I already mentioned. Once I figure that out, the rest will fall into place.

Finding post inspiration isn't always easy. This is funny because there are a ton of potential blog topics both on and off of hive but sometimes it just doesn't come. Maybe it's cuz I haven't fully adjusted yet but hopefully with time, this won't be a problem for me anymore.🤞

HOW I FOUND MY WAY/PEOPLE THAT HELPED IN MY LOW TIMES

Hive was this new fascinating world when I just got here, it still is but I can say I can navigate it a lot better than I could then. Having someone helped a lot, My friend @theawesononso got here before me so he played a vital role. Thanks to him, my initial days here weren't as confusing and frustrating as they'd have been without anybody to help.

I had the whole resource credits wahala initially too. I bought some hive to help but it still wasn't enough. Surprisingly, a kind soul randomly selected me and I was gifted a 150 hp delegation from total strangers. The person that nominated me for this delegation is Tengolotodo. I know most of you may know him and you can agree that he's one of the kindest, most generous people we have here. Thanks to him and the delegators, I never had the RC issue again so making posts and engaging was a breeze.

Dreemport has played a major role in this aspect of my hive journey too. The dreem family has been amazing and they are definitely one of the things that keep me going.
