So happy to have met Paul Laffoley at Kent gallery in the mid 2000's.
I remember the day like it was last week. I had come with my friend Filip and Alex Grey was also there amongst others. Paul had an opening at Kent and many of us came out for the exhibit. I was lucky enough to bond with Paul, we spoke about concepts and ideas for hours & he also showed us the brain scan of the metallic piece that doctors had found near his pineal gland. The man was a living #SciNonFi Legend who might of been a bit misunderstood during his time but had an amazing ability to make iconic blueprints for conceptual realities and ideas that are beyond their time. I love his ability to mix architectural elements as "mandala-esque "building blocks to create some of the most original visionary arts masterpieces that we have in the world, today..
Definitely miss him.
