Many times I doubt why I am always attracted by your poems/writings until your own comment gives me the best answer:

... the greatest human qualities are empathy and compassion.

You treat people so friendly and reply to each comment on your blogs from others sincerely. Every time when I read your writing, it seems that I am talking with an intimate friend from heart to heart. Taking this poem for example, I love the sentence "I eat a Twix surreptitiously", especially the word "surreptitiously" very much. It is because I know the author has a deep kind of compassion/empathy, so that he even felt embarassed to eat a piece of chocolate among the invisible starving eyes.

I wrote a new blog where there is a sentence:

The truth is that human beings' emotions are not meant to being interconnected.
So it would be a sheer bliss
even if one moment of empathy occurs.

It is really a bless for me to enjoy the spiritual food by you, my dear friend/poet! Thank you!
