After downloading and installing trial version. Go to site and download file.

Copy the dll file to the folder were illustrator was installed and make sure to replace the original one with it.
Open windows firewall settings and create rules to block all the programs in the installation folder for both inbound and outbound connections.
That is it just run the program now and you have full version.
