The kids said, "This is the most low-key Christmas ever!!" And it's true.
My brother had just left on Thursday with his two kids to join his wife and baby for Christmas. My SIL did not get approval to travel as she is a foreigner. We spent his last day here exchanging gifts for the kids - my brother and I made a deal, no gifts for each other please, not for the adults. Except for Dad, he is like our big kid ;p
We were invited to my Bestie-A's home for Christmas dinner. Because of Covid she entertained in batches. Different days for different sets of friends and family. I felt special for getting Christmas day.
I had plans to take pictures of her beautiful home, filled with all kinds of Christmas decor, like everywhere but I only managed a couplein the image. Once we started talking, plans of clicking went into my bag - as it should.
