Just wanted to let you know that I made this today!! (well, attempted to)

With 5 granny smith apples, since my son stole one. 😅 And a bit of extra sugar in the apple mix because tarty grannies. And with noooo extra caramel sauce because I ate the leftovers, spooned greedily from the saucepan, before the cobbler was even halfway cooked. 🤣👀

I miiiiight have made the batter a little bit too liquidy... but...

Ta-da! 🎉

A goopy mess, but tastes good!
Must adjust my coffee cup measurements to include slightly less milk next time. 😆
