It's usually Facebook for me. "You seem to be having trouble logging in, click here to reset your password. If this wasn't you..." blah blah blah. I get those ones at least once every couple of months. 😒

The only other time though was my EA Origin gaming account. I have 2 factor authentication activated on most things, and I got barraged by text messages at 2-3am every morning for a week or so, trying to gain access to my Origin account. All of these requests were from Russia.

Haven't noticed anyone trying to gain access to anything else though, and I haven't had anyone try to access my bank, thankfully! In saying that, however, several years ago someone in New York gained access to my credit card somehow and booked in for a spa session. That was very, very quickly cancelled and sorted with my bank. As a non-travelling Australian in a regional country town, I most certainly was never in New York to indulge in a $500 spa. 😅

Online theft is definitely becoming more prevalent. One really needs to stay on their toes and be careful.
