As humans, all we need is privacy, our own space, we can’t tolerate someone invading our space.
It just hit me- honestly, I genuinely didn’t feel anything. However, accordingly to me it is only intense vulnerability that helps us connect to our feelings. It is similar with any other living beings.
As I walked through a park on a heavy-hearten day, clouded with different thoughts. Trying to find a single thought among the cluster.
I remembered an activity and smiled. The awestruck look I got from a retriever helped me hang in the moment. I stopped at the bushes and tried to pluck a flower. I stopped and asked the plant if I could please have the flower for myself. The polite gesture makes you feel like the plant would rather offer its entire flowers.
A second of acknowledgment towards its being makes you realize that we humans are anarchic and have forgotten that we aren’t the only living beings on this planet and everyone deserves to be appreciated and respected for their worthiness.
