It was truly incredible, I came back feeling refreshed and grateful.
There was a girl in the group who had a deformity in her arm, and she climbed up on the rocks at the waterfall to take pictures. I didn't do it because I was a little scared, but she was so happy that I said to myself, “I'm always criticizing and judging myself, and I have a whole, healthy body. I should be more grateful.” It was a beautiful experience. Hugs!
