It has been raining today in Edmonton, Alberta. We have 8 degrees Celsius. Two days ago we had 27.
Every day is different which must be typical for spring. Now we have two more days of spring ahead of us before we switch to summer and its thunderstorms.
I took the photograph below a few years back just before a summer thunderstorm in downtown Edmonton. We were attending a festival that ended sooner that we were hoping for. The timing was perfect and we got to our car just minutes before the pour down. I am still proud of my captured moment.
I am looking forward to summer festivals in our city. I hope to attend at least a couple of them. Depending on the weather, of course :)
