Nothing quite like cruising down the pristine waters on a houseboat! The joy of traveling and experiencing this unique mode of transportation is quite unique, interesting and addictive. I've only ever done it once, but I'm quite looking froward to doing it more times. This houseboat and the one where I went for my first experience is in Kerala, and I'm not sure if we have it in other states as Kerala is quite famous for these rides.

Houseboats have all the amenities you need to enjoy life away from the shores. You get to relax, unwind, take in the fresh air and admire marine delights as you cruise through a long, beautiful river.
