Honestly I don't think we need this proposal anymore. Hive is on a stage where it can't afford keep printing money. It would really help if these project gets shut down for the foreseeable future at least until price action goes back to 1 USD per Hive. That would really send the message to the other projects that keep forcing the DAO to overspend. We have like 1.5 years of overdrawn funds. Simply not enough to keep going.
