I think "replace" is the wrong word, as many people think that they will do the same thing on the digital realm. The truth is that there are new digital jobs being created everyday, with or without AI.

But most people don't understand what a digital job is to begin with. They have only experienced traditional jobs like being a sales clerk or a waitress. For most people, being a digital broker is not the first thing they think when thinking of getting a job.

The majority of people only think what they can see and describe, the white coat on a doctor, or the hair net on the kitchen or the face mask on the surgery table.
But digital jobs all look the same, people on desks with screens.

Wherever you are doing completely different things, the view is the same. There is no physical difference between a CEO and a gamer and a team leader or a first year associate.

Most people hate change, but the reality is that once it happen, it turns out better. Don't believe me? Think of all the old jobs at the factory, and tell me if you miss them.

How many people hated staying home to work instead of commuting for hours in traffic? I bet not many.

Would you hate your job if it could be done in a fraction of time? Or get twice the money? Probably not.

So replacing, people think they will be unemployed, but the reality is that they just won't think as a choice. Just like you don't think which factory to join when taking about the "labor" market, and instead you probably think on commercial or business areas and polish your excel skills as to look for a job.
