Still recovering from the virus but getting stronger every day so should be able to get back to 5000 steps each day now. Some of the trees have been cut down in the forest revealing these beautiful ageing

Finally took the dog out for a walk today and also went on the treadmill to get up to 10,000! Great to get back to it. 13403 Treadmill

Had a virus for the last week or so so haven’t been able to do any exercise. Finally feeling better so back on the treadmill today. 6788 Treadmill

Back on the treadmill today. Did a nice steady hill climb increasing the gradient slowly. Rained hard again today so will probably keep the dog in again this week. 8705 Treadmill
