Member of this procurement system can join the bidding anywhere in the country. Bidding requirements includes infrastructure, supply and installation projects.
A sales entity or a contractor doesn't to visit each of the government agencies in the country just to seek for any purchasing requirements, they can easily login the site, check for opening and choose what fits them.
Registration is not free but its not expensive. I think a single registration will expire in a period of 3 years.
