Self voting on STEEM is no more an issue than mining is to bitcoin. Value is not built and lost from this, but rather from use cases to the blockchain. If the value is going down its because people don't see a reason for it to have value, not because people are voting themselves.

You'd think people would have figured out how markets work by now and where value comes from.
