Ser resolutivo... Alguien que se enfoca en soluciones y no en problemas, se dice que hay personas que nacen con esta habilidad, pero también es algo que se va aprendiendo.

Being decisive... Someone who focuses on solutions and not problems, it is said that there are people who are born with this ability, but it is also something that is learned.

Tener la capacidad de no paralizarse ante un problema, y comenzar a ver de qué forma se puede dar vuelta a la situación, independientemente de cuál sea es sin duda ser un problem solving.

📢 ¿Que tan resolutivo eres?/ How decisive are you?

Uno de mis tantos lemas de vida es: "Si las oportunidades no llegan, las construyo", aunque suelo subestimarme desde pequeña me he caracterizado por buscarle soluciones a los inconvenientes o problemas que aparezcan, ojo, cada quien dependiendo de su creatividad, porque si, algo que caracteriza a una persona resolutiva es su creatividad.

One of my many life mottos is: "If opportunities don't come, I build them", although I tend to underestimate myself since I was little, I have been characterized by looking for solutions to the inconveniences or problems that appear, be careful, each person depending on their creativity, because if Something that characterizes a decisive person is his creativity.

Suelo decir que soy una máquina de ideas de negocios y que las personas deberían pagarme por darles esas ideas 🤣 pero, hablando de forma seria, suelo creer que para todo hay soluciones y que en todo hay oportunidades.

I usually say that I am a business idea machine and that people should pay me to give them those ideas 🤣 but, speaking seriously, I usually believe that there are solutions for everything and that there are opportunities in everything.

Cuando era pequeña al lado de la casa de mis abuelas vendían chucherías, obviamente para comprar las chucherías se necesitaba dinero, así que rápidamente ideamos un plan, si cortábamos la grama de la casa de mi abuela ella seguramente nos pagaría algo de dinero y con eso podríamos comprar las chucherías, dicho y hecho, así fué 😄

When I was little, they sold sweets next to my grandmother's house, obviously to buy the sweets you needed money, so we quickly devised a plan, if we cut the grass at my grandmother's house she would surely pay us some money and with that We could buy the candy, said and done, that's how it was 😄

Mi hermana y yo cuando íbamos a la playa buscábamos conchas de mar, chipichipis y almejitas en la arena, las más raras y bonitas, las limpiábamos y las llevábamos a casa de nuestra familia para vendérselas (las vendíamos todas y terminábamos con un cofre lleno de monedas, monedas que usaríamos para comprar dulces).

When my sister and I went to the beach we would look for sea shells, chipichipis and clams in the sand, the rarest and most beautiful ones, we would clean them and take them to our family's house to sell them (we sold them all and ended up with a chest full of coins, coins that we would use to buy candy).

Aprendimos a crear oportunidades para lograr tener dinero (esto con el objetivo de no tener que pedirles dinero a nuestros padres y poder hacer nuestras compras de forma independiente jajaja). Creo que fué una bendición que nuestros padres nos dejaran hacer eso, nos ayudaron hacer crecer nuestra capacidad creativa y generadora de ideas.

We learned to create opportunities to have money (this with the goal of not having to ask our parents for money and being able to make our purchases independently hahaha). I think it was a blessing that our parents let us do that, they helped us grow our creative and idea-generating capacity.

Y hasta el dia de hoy sigue siendo así, mi hermana y yo buscamos oportunidades en todo para nosotras y para otros, así que soy una gran problem solving y me enorgullece mucho.

And to this day it remains that way, my sister and I look for opportunities in everything for ourselves and for others, so I am a great problem solver and I am very proud.

📢 ¿Qué nos recomendarías para mejorar esta capacidad?/ What would you recommend to improve this capacity?

¿Que recomendaría yo para mejorar esa capacidad? Creo que la forma más grandiosa que hay para ser una persona más resolutiva es sin dudarlo, alimentar nuestra creatividad, la creatividad es la llave universal para solucionar.

What would I recommend to improve that capacity? I believe that the greatest way there is to be a more decisive person is without a doubt, to feed our creativity, creativity is the universal key to solving.

Trabajar nuestra creatividad es la mejor recomendación que yo daría, avivar las ideas, avivar el pensamiento... hacer de nosotros una fábrica de ideas creativas para así ser más resolutivos.

Working on our creativity is the best recommendation I would give, stimulating ideas, stimulating thinking... making ourselves a factory of creative ideas in order to be more decisive.

No somos maquinas así que cuando las situaciones se salen de nuestras manos o no podemos con algo lo mejor sería pedir ayuda, recuerden que se llega más lejos acompañado que solo (en ocasiones), así que, si para lograr resolver algo necesitas una mano amiga, no dudes en pedirla.

We are not machines, so when situations get out of our hands or we can't handle something, it would be best to ask for help. Remember that you go further with someone than alone (sometimes), so if you need a helping hand to solve something , don't hesitate to ask for it.

Hay que enfocarnos, así como hay que ser creativo hay que tener enfoque, dirección, y ver el panorama como es y cómo podría ser, no estancarse en los problemas, verlos de frente y decir: okey, están aquí, como vamos a hacer para que no sigan siendo lo que son.

We have to focus, just as we have to be creative, we have to have focus, direction, and see the panorama as it is and how it could be, not get stuck in the problems, see them head on and say: okay, they are here, how are we going to do it? that they do not continue to be what they are.
