I often see you post book reviews, you have a pretty good library and book taste. I respect that.

I have seen short highlights and reviews on "The power of Now" but I have never really picked it up to read myself although I agree its a fantastic book.

Lol, you're right about worrying even in chess. I used to be like that. I'm on move 5 and I'm already thinking of how the end-game would be played then end up even blundering.

I enjoyed reading your post cos I've been a victim of worrying/overthinking these past few days cos of problems (health, finance, etc) things I can't fully control and it stopped me from being productive a bit.

The reminder was needed to focus on right now. Forget the problem, stop worrying, just focus on Now.
