Onboarding really should be looked into. I see a lot of people that are interested in hive when I give hype about its ecosystem but from the onboarding system, it already turns them off and they don't finish up the process.

I also noticed that devs focus more on infrastructure and often forget that you should build stuff that makes life easier for users. Its the users that make and keep the ecosystem running.
