It’s been three weeks since I came back from work. Two weeks after that, I was rushed to the ER due to the excruciating pain I felt in my stomach. I was constantly throwing up and I was so exhausted that I almost fainted. Later on, I was diagnosed with erosive gastritis and reflux esophagitis, and I also have a urinary tract infection. But this is not what it’s all about.

I am missing the beach a little extra today. I miss the feeling of the sun hitting my skin, the wind that would gently caress my skin, the water that would engulf me. I miss them so much. I want to go back to the island and stay there until I get tired of it. Which will not happen, by the way.

How about you? Do you have some things or someone you miss a little extra today?
