So I came to 'check you out' and I must say I like the candid, easy way you write.
I live in South Africa and Roobos tea is veru popular for those of us who do not mix well with caffeine.
I steep a teabag in a BIG mug of boiling water while I unpack the diswasher. Then it is a rich red colour and I squirt 3 big squeezes of lemon into it and a dash of honey. It is SO good......even if by some chance it gets cold.
