'Fame is a fantasy' is absolutely true. True fame is usually unsought and often unwanted. It is terribly sad that young people are conned into thinking that it is a worthwhile goal. In my experience as a one time high school teacher there are still the many teens who get through this phase and develop worthwhile morals and lead worthy lives.
