One of the answers (perhaps to a question you are asking) we have discussed is, was Suzie stringing everyone along for a while, actually too lazy to get out of her warm bed? OR (this is the answer I favour) was it just time to stop?
I think the shock of the suggestion of nappies for her birthday present spoke to her subconcious in a way it understood and she was able to finally mature.
It is a great relief to all of us.
It's amazing how quickly the angst and hard work associated with a child wetting her bed, is forgotten.
She has happily moved on to another phase in her life, enjoying her bicycle to the full.
