I haven't had a quality wrap in a long time, this looks so delicious. The quality of produce here in Suriname is so poor that most of the time a salad is not a good way to enjoy locally grown produce. This looks full of fresh and crispy veggies, and of course sun-dried tomatoes give a little bit of umami. I'd never even heard of coconut wraps before, very cool product.
